my new found freedom

Before I started the Triangle of Health, I was in a constant fog and felt exhausted all day. I could not sleep during the night I would toss and turn wake up and try to go back to sleep. When my alarm would go off in the morning, I did not want to get out of bed and had to force myself to get up for the day. I just did not have any energy.

I decided to try the Triangle of Health to see if it would help my overall health. I started the products and truly did not believe it would help me at all. I have tried several other similar products with not results and thought this was just another scheme that says one thing but does not really do anything for you.

Within the first week of taking the Triangle of Health, I felt more energy and alertness and it was strange, but I actually slept through the night. In the morning, I was ready to get up and start my day. I took the products for the month and everyday it seemed to get better, the daily fog seemed to lift, and I was enjoying the way I felt. At the end of the month, I decided to see if this just my imagination or if the products really were helping.

I did not order the second month and the fog came back, I was lethargic and just tired, I was not sleeping again and just felt overall miserable. I only made it about two weeks until I ordered the Triangle of Health again. I remember how excited I was to receive the products in the mail.

I opened them and had to start taking them that same day. I noticed the next day it seemed the fog started to lift and the energy started to return. I am sleeping better now th

an I have ever slept. I could not think of a day where, I do not take the Triangle of Health. There are times I will forget to take my Daily prescription medication but, I never forget to take my Nitro and Sunrise in the morning.

I have Dislocated and injured my shoulder so many times, it was to the point I could not lift my arm above my head without pain. I would wake up take 3 Aleve before I could even shower just to numb the pain. I added the HL5 to the Triangle of Health a year ago. Since then, I have noticed I am not using the Aleve nearly as much as I use to. I have also noticed my range of motion has increased to full arm circles with little to no pain.
